How to use GPX on phones

1: With a GPX viewer installed and GPS activated on your phone, we are ready to proceed. Download this GPX file to play around with in the app

2: When you have a GPX viewer app installed on your phone, you should get a prompt like this. If not, download the file and see the next step

3: This is what the GPX Viewer app for Androids looks like when you open it. Be sure to grant it any permissions it requires along the way

4: From the main menu you click open files, then click on the search icon. Search for GPX to bring up all the available GPX files on your phone

5: Now you will get a list of your GPX files. Click on the one you want to open so that the green checker appears, then click open at the bottom

6: You’re good to go. The GPX track is visible and the phones GPS tracks your position. Familiarize yourself with the interface for more features
